The jersey from Lerwick

The sweater from Lerwick is a real timeless classic that is so stylish!

It is Gunnel Melcher who once upon a time drew the pattern diagrams and you will find mthe pattern is in Swedish which can be found  in the book "Fiskartrøjor og other trøjklassiker" by Uuve Snidare. The book can be found in libraries or on the Bokbörsen. Unfortunately, it is not available in reprints. It's just to go to the library.

We have chosen to make a kit in size S-L with Shetland yarns from Jamieson& Smith.

This is a 70s model so the sizes are not small. We have the same colors of the yarns as the ones in the pictures.

Color and amount of yarn in a yarn kit:

81 black gray     13 skeins

1A natural white        6 skeins

2   natural beige   3 skein

54 gray               3 skeins

Needles: 3.5mm
