British Breeds

British Breeds is the world-famous exclusive yarn by Marie Wallin. The palette of colors is magical. The yarn comes from four different British sheep breeds: Bluefaced Leicester, Exmoor Horn, Wensleydale, and Zwartbles. Together, they give the yarn its strength, luster, and softness with its character. The yarn is spun in English Devon at John Arbon.

The yarn will soon be available in over 30 beautiful colors and is sold in skeins of 85 m / 25 grams. You can find unique knitting patterns in Marie Wallin’s books such as Wildwood, Gentle, Cumbria, Westmorland, and Cherish.

A new fantastic yarn has been added to the British Breeds family called British Breeds Aran. It is twice as thick, 85 m / 50 grams. You will find knitting patterns in her very inspiring book Aran.
