When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details about products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at anna@60garnernord.se.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to all types of purchases. For example, it does not apply to those who buy a trip or a custom-made product, weekly newspapers or magazines.
It is the consumer who must pay for the return shipping if the consumer regrets their purchase, provided that you have informed about this before the purchase. However, if there is a fault with the item (a complaint), I am responsible for the return shipping. For returns: Email anna@60garnernord.se and write what is wrong with the item.
Our normal delivery times are 2-4 working days.
NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are shipped no earlier than the following Monday. If delays in delivery occur (without us having informed you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: anna@60garnernord.se
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item you have ordered.

You must immediately and no later than within the legally mandated 14 days after the withdrawal notice return the products to us. You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return, so the products should be well packaged and in their original packaging. Regarding the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation compared to the item's original value if the product is used or damaged.

Complaints & claims
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the fault free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
Any faults and defects must always be reported to anna@60garnernord.se where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault. If we are unable to fix the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved claims.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.
Limitation of liability
We accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or failed delivery from suppliers. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product features that have been altered by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website as well as final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images represent the exact appearance of the products as there may be some color differences depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution.
