Refund Policy
You have the legal right to return your goods within two weeks. The right of withdrawal applies to all goods except (senedan). When returning, please email us so we know what you are dissatisfied with. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If I sell a service, the withdrawal period begins the day after the agreement is made.
If I sell a good, the withdrawal period begins the day after the consumer has received the item.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to all types of purchases. For example, it does not apply to those who buy a trip or a specially made product, weekly newspapers, or magazines.
It is the consumer who must pay for the return shipping if the consumer withdraws from the purchase, provided that you have informed about this before the purchase.
