I have had mine for many years and this winding machine is fantastic. Winding up your skein becomes pure enjoyment. It is such a big difference to wind up on a wooden winding machine in one place, which becomes pure meditation.

The winding machine is handmade in wood and rotates incredibly smoothly. On the underside there are rubber protectors that ensure the machine stands firmly without damaging the surface it stands on.
