Novice Sweater – Chunky Edition is knitted from top to bottom. That means you start by knitting the ribbing at the neckline, then the yoke, then the body, and finally the sleeves. The sweater is knitted in stockinette stitch, while the edges are knitted in ribbing.

Novice Sweater – Chunky Edition has a round yoke. It is shaped by gradually knitting increases in four rounds evenly distributed over the yoke.

Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL correspond to a bust measurement of approximately 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm. Novice Sweater – Chunky Edition should have a positive ease of about 18 cm. This means that if you, for example, measure 95 cm around your chest (measure yourself with a tape measure at the bust or the widest part of your body), you should knit size M which has a finished bust measurement of 114 cm.

A sweater in size M will in the mentioned example give a positive ease of 19 cm.
