You can knit with 1 strand of Heavy merino together with 1 strand of Soft Silk Mohair.

Novice Sweater - Chunky Edition is knitted top down. That is, you start by knitting the elastic at the neckline, then the yoke, then the body and finally the sleeves. The sweater is knitted in stockinette stitch, while the edges are knitted in rib knit.

Novice Sweater - Chunky Edition has a round yoke. It is formed by gradually knitting increases in four rounds evenly distributed over the yoke.

Size guide and measurements

The sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL correspond to a bust measurement of around 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 ( 130-140) 140-150 cm. Novice Sweater – Chunky Edition should have a range of motion (positive ease) of around 18 cm. This means that if you measure, for example, 95 cm around the chest (measure yourself with a tape measure around the bust or at the widest part of your body), you should knit size M, which has an overall width of 114 cm.

A shirt in size M will in the mentioned example give a range of motion (positive ease) of 19 cm.

The model in the picture wears a size XS, has a bust measurement of 82 cm and is 164 cm tall.
