Yellow Kenneth kit

For the Coinneach Cardigan, we have chosen to knit with Jumper weight yarn. The base color is number 2, which leans towards natural/beige/gray tones. The yoke has four colors: granite gray number 54, moss green number FC12, heather purple number 133, and a golden yellow 28. The unusual feature of this yoke is that it is knitted with both purl and knit stitches, giving the colors depth. The cardigan is knitted from the bottom up on circular needles. Sleeves and body are knitted separately and then joined together at the yoke. The pattern is found in the book "The West Highland Way," a very inspiring book by Kate Davies from Scotland. I have many sweaters and shawls knitted from that book. A real treasure! Otherwise, the pattern is also available for purchase on Ravelry. Our kit does not include the pattern. Knit and enjoy!
