Barbara Balaclava - Petite Knit
The Barbara Balaclava is knitted from top to bottom in stockinette stitch. First, a square corresponding to the top of the head is knitted. Then stitches are picked up on each side of this square, and short rows are knitted to shape a rounding at the top of the head. The balaclava is then knitted straight down to finally join under the chin. The neck is knitted in the round in stockinette stitch before finishing with a ribbed edge. Finally, a ribbed edge is knitted at the face opening.
