The Truffle Sweater is a simple, beginner-friendly sweater knitted in double moss stitch with ribbed edges.
The sweater is knitted in the round from the top down with raglan increases.
The simplicity of the Truffle Sweater makes it a perfect project for beginners who want to add a textured garment to their handmade wardrobe. The sweater is knitted throughout with three strands held together, seamlessly from the top down and in the round in a double moss stitch pattern. It begins with a ribbed neckline and continues in the knitting pattern with raglan increases to the underarms. The sleeve stitches are then placed on hold to be knitted after the body is finished. Both the body and sleeves are finished with ribbed edges. With beginners in mind, we have included a section in the pattern that explains some slightly more advanced techniques.
