Knitting For Olive
Snoet Rib Sweater - Knitting for Olive
Our Ribbed Cable Sweater is a classic sweater with an all-over pattern of ribbing and cables. Worked seamlessly from top to bottom with 3 strands of Soft Silk Mohair held together at all times, the Ribbed Cable Sweater is light, airy, and cozy – all at once.
You start with the folded ribbed neckline and continue with shoulder and neck shaping using German short rows and increases. Then the front and back pieces are knitted separately back and forth down to the underarms. The body is finished in the round with a ribbed hem before you pick up stitches for the sleeves. The sleeves are knitted in the round and finished with ribbed cuffs.
