Our Late Summer wrap is a classic and simple tie blouse for elegant dresses or high-waisted jeans on chilly summer evenings, and the soft combination of merino wool, silk, and mohair can of course keep you warm during winter as well. The tie blouse is knitted back and forth from top to bottom in stockinette stitch. First, the neckline at the back of the neck is knitted, from here stitches are picked up and it is knitted back and forth, first with shoulder increases and later with sleeve increases. The wrap blouse’s tie band can be knitted to the desired length, so it can be tied in front or back, according to preference and taste. A hole is created on one side of the blouse, through which one of the tie bands can be pulled. The sleeves are knitted in the round in stockinette stitch and finished with a folded hem.
