This knitting pattern is in Swedish.

Can preferably be knitted with 1 strand of Merino and 1 strand of Soft Silk Mohair from us.

The Poppy Tee is knitted from top to bottom. First, the upper part of the back is knitted with increases. Then the shoulder parts are knitted from picked-up stitches along the top of the back piece. Stitches are then picked up along the shoulder parts and the rest of the yoke is knitted together on circular needles, first back and forth and then in the round. The body is knitted in the round on circular needles and the sleeves are knitted in the round on double-pointed needles or with the Magic Loop technique. Finally, a double-folded rib edge with built-in double knitting is knitted at the neckline.

Knit a swatch to find the needle size that gives you the correct gauge. Wash the swatch before measuring the gauge. If you knit with the recommended yarn, be aware that it may grow after washing – therefore it is important to wash the swatch before measuring the gauge.

Size guide

The Poppy Tee should have a positive ease of about 5 cm. Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL correspond to a bust measurement, measured on the body, of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm. The measurements of the finished blouse are given on the front of the pattern. Note: These measurements only apply if the gauge is maintained. Measure yourself before you start knitting to determine which size will fit you best. For example, if you measure 90 cm around the bust (or the widest part of your body), you should knit a size S. A blouse in size S has a chest width of 96 cm and will in the mentioned example give a positive ease of 6 cm.
