Otto Sweater Junior - PetiteKnit

We have chosen to knit this in the soft, fine Luna lambswool yarn from the Norwegian company Hillesvåg!

Otto Sweater Man is knitted from the top down in a striped pattern. First, the back is knitted, followed by the shoulder sections, which are knitted separately back and forth on a circular needle. These are then joined at the front to continue with the front. The front and back are then joined to continue with the body, which is knitted in the round on the circular needle. The sleeves are knitted from stitches picked up along the armhole. Finally, the folded neckband is knitted from picked-up stitches.

Size guide

Otto Sweater Man is designed to have approximately 10–15 cm of positive ease. Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL correspond to a bust measurement of 86–91 (91–96) 96–101 (101–107) 107–113 (113–119) 119–124 (124–132) 132–144 cm. The measurements of the finished sweater are provided on the front of the pattern. Measure yourself before you begin knitting to determine which size will fit you best. For example, if you measure 103 cm around the bust (or the widest part of your body), you should knit a size L. A size L sweater has a bust circumference of 116 cm and will, in this example, give you 13 cm of positive ease. The measurement chart is available here.
