Knitting for Olive
Olive Top / Cotton Merino
This pattern can only be purchased together with yarns
Knitting for Olive Olive Top — with thin shoulder straps, a deep V-neckline and V-shaped back, and an all-over lace pattern — is a top to celebrate the arrival of summer in, a truly versatile garment to wear layered or on its own.
Olive Top is knitted from the top down, beginning by shaping the front and back top triangles back and forth. All pieces are then joined, and the body continues in the round to the hem, which is sewn on the wrong side to create a scalloped edge. The shoulder straps are knitted with live stitches and sewn together at the shoulders. Olive Top is size-inclusive and designed to be hip-length and close-fitting.
The leaf-shaped lace pattern of Olive Top is provided only as charts in the pattern.
In the same family, you will also find the sister patterns Olive Turtleneck, Olive Sweater (kids), Olive Cardigan, Olive Cardigan Olive Cardigan(kids), and Olive Scarf.
