Knitting For Olive
Olive Top - Knitting for Olive
Our Olive Top - with thin straps, a deep V-neckline at the front and back, and a fully covering stitch pattern - is a camisole to celebrate summer and an essential and versatile little garment perfect for layering or wearing on its own.
The Olive Top is knitted from the top down, starting by shaping the front and back top triangles back and forth. All parts are then joined, and the body continues around to the hem, which is sewn on the wrong side, creating a scooped edge. The shoulder straps are knitted with live stitches and sewn together at the shoulders. The Olive Top is one inclusive size and is designed to be hip-length and fitted.
The Olive Top stitch pattern is charted only.
In the same family, you will also find the sister patterns Olive Turtleneck, Olive Sweater (kids), Olive Cardigan, Olive Cardigan (kids), and Olive Scarf.
