The sweater is inspired by old Copenhagen and its narrow winding streets. This large and thick
the sweater offers both curved and straight lines. It is both relaxed and sophisticated, just what
Copenhagen is for us.
The sweater is very oversized and has extra long sleeves. The sleeves can be knitted shorter if desired. The sweater
is knitted from top to bottom according to the chart. The front and back pieces are knitted back and forth and then
the body and sleeves around.
Knitted Streets of Copenhagen is designed to have a movement ease greater than the actual bust measurement,
a so-called positive ease. We recommend using "guiding bust measurements" as a reference
when choosing size. For example, if you have a bust measurement of 98 cm, you should knit size 2 to achieve the
intended fit.
Knit with chart
Always start in the bottom right corner of the chart. In circular knitting, the chart is read from right to left
on all rows. If you knit back and forth, the chart is read from right to left on the right side and from
left to right on the wrong side.
At www.knittingforolive.dk you will find a detailed guide on how to knit with charts with examples from
our own patterns.
