Novice Sweater is knitted from the top down. This means you start by knitting the neckline, then the yoke, then the body, and finally the sleeves. The sweater is knitted in stockinette stitch, while the edges are knitted in ribbing.
Novice Sweater has a round yoke. It is shaped by gradually knitting increases in four rounds evenly distributed across the yoke.

Note that you can only rely on the measurements in the description if you maintain the gauge. Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL correspond to a bust measurement of approximately 85 (90) 95 (100) 110 cm. Novice Sweater should have a positive ease of 5-10 cm. This means that if you, for example, measure 90 cm around your bust (measure yourself with a tape measure), you should knit size S, which has a circumference of 98 cm.
