The Lillebjörn elephant hat is a cute and practical hat with bear ears, which can be knitted with or without a neck piece. The hat is knitted both in the round and back and forth, and shaped with short rows. The hat is knitted in merino and mohair, but the ribbing around the face is knitted in two strands of merino to avoid the mohair yarn hairs in the child's face.
