This knitting pattern is in Swedish from Petit Knit. It works great with a thread of Heavy Merino and a thread of Soft Silk Mohair from Knitting for Olive. In the beautiful pattern, mix two strands of different colors in Merino + 1 strand of Soft Silk Mohair
The Sycamore Sweater is knitted from top to bottom, first back and forth on the circular needle to shape the neckline and then around on the circular needle. The yoke is constructed in such a way that shoulder increases are first knitted on the right and wrong side. Then armhole increases are knitted and finally a piece with raglan increases is knitted. The sleeves are knitted in the round on double pointed needles or with Magic Loop technology. The pattern on the Sycamore Sweater is formed using shortened rounds. Specifically, Japanese shortened laps.
