Lupin is a beautiful traditional Finnish sock inspired by Fair Isle knitting.

The sock is knit in the round and is suitable as a beginner project for beginners.

The kit is enough for 2 pairs of socks or you can knit one pair and maybe knit a hat or mittens as well. The pattern is only for the sock.

The finished sock is approximately size 37-40

The kit contains 14 skeins of the beautiful yarn and a digital pattern in English. The digital pattern is sent to your email. The pattern is also in the book Westmorland by Marie Wallin, which contains many beautiful patterns. Language: English.

Knitting needles:

2.75mm 80 or 100 cm if you knit Magic Loop.

3.25mm 80 or 100cm

British Breeds is Marie Wallin's exclusive yarn. It comes from four different British sheep breeds: Bluefaced Leicester, Exmoor Horn, Wensleydale, and Zwartbles.

Together it gives the yarn strength, luster, and softness with character. The yarn is spun in Devon at John Arbon.
It comes in 26 colors and is sold in 25g/85 m skeins.
