This pattern is unisex and shows how the sweater can be knitted with either a feminine or masculine expression. Note that the lengths and yarn amounts vary between the two expressions, but the actual size is the same for both and is chosen based on your chest circumference.

Ease: The ease for this sweater is about 20-25 cm depending on your chest circumference. When choosing a size, base it on your own measured chest circumference and let this determine which size you knit.
Full length, measured at center front: The sweater length varies depending on the chosen expression.
– Feminine expression: Approx. 52 (54) 56 (58) 60 (62) 64 (66) cm.

The sweater is knitted with 2 colors, with 2 strands of each color knitted together.
This version is knitted with one strand of Luna/Vidde together with one strand of Isager Silk Mohair.

– Color A (base color): Luna wool yarn in color 449 mottled light beige (200 m per 100g), knitted together with Isager Silk Mohair in color 6 (212 m per 25g).
– Color B (pattern color): Vidde wool yarn in color 330 copper red (200 m per 100g), knitted together with Isager Silk Mohair in color 28 (212 m per 100g).

About Varde pelsull yarn

Varde Pelsull yarn is made from wool from Norwegian Pelssau sheep. The pelsull is long-fibered and glossy, with a naturally hairy appearance. It has natural gray and black fibers, and it is the natural gray base that we dye all our pelsull colors on. This gives the yarn a beautiful melange and a lovely color play. Blåne can be used in combination with and as an alternative to Luna and Vidde wool yarn.
