Jenny Sweater - PetiteKnit

The Jenny Sweater is knitted in the round from the bottom up in smocking stitch with raglan decreases. The body and sleeves are knitted separately, after which they are joined on the same circular needle when the yoke is knitted. The neckline is knitted back and forth on the needle, and the neck shaping is done by binding off stitches as you go. The neck edge is knitted last from picked-up stitches.

The Jenny Sweater should have a positive ease of about 19 cm in relation to your bust measurement. Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) correspond to a bust measurement, measured on the body, of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) cm. The measurements of the finished sweater are given on the front of the pattern. Measure yourself before you start knitting to determine which size will fit you best. For example, if you measure 90 cm around your bust (or the widest part of your body), you should knit a size S. A sweater in size S has a finished chest width of 109 cm and will in this example give a positive ease of 19 cm. If you are between two sizes, it is recommended to choose the smaller size because the smocking stitch will stretch with wear.
