Construction notes
The cables do not need to be the same size throughout the entire pullover, but they can be worked in increasingly larger sizes before the cable crossings as you progress toward the bottom bands. I decided to knit this pullover from top to bottom. This is advantageous for adjusting both the length of the body and the sleeves.
