Ingrid Sweater Baby - PetiteKnit
This knitting pattern is in Swedish.
It is perfectly fine to knit with the non-pilling Heavy Merino from Knitting for Olive.
The Ingrid Sweater Baby is knit top-down with textured knitting. First, the back is knit using short rows to shape the shoulder slope. Then stitches are picked up for the shoulder sections, which are then joined at the front to knit the front piece. The front and back are joined under the armhole to knit the body, which is knit straight down. The sleeves are knit in the round on double-pointed needles or using the Magic Loop technique. A ribbed edge is knit at the neckline, which is folded double and knit down. The Ingrid Sweater Baby is knit with textured knitting, consisting of three different pattern segments. Between each of these, a section with lace pattern is knit.
Make a gauge swatch before you start knitting to measure the gauge – note that the gauge must match both in height and width for the measurements given on the front to be correct.
