Dagmar Sweater Men - PetiteKnit

Dagmar Sweater Man is knitted from the top down with textured knitting. First, the back is knitted, followed by the shoulder sections worked from stitches picked up along the top of the back piece. The body is knitted in the round on a circular needle. The sleeves are knitted in the round on a circular needle from stitches picked up around the armhole. Finally, a ribbed neckband is knitted.

You can knit this with Luna from Hillesvåg together with Alpaca 1 from Isager.

Make a gauge swatch to find the needle size that gives you the correct gauge. You can make a gauge swatch using the charts in the knitting patterns.

Size guide

Dagmar Sweater Man should have approximately 20 cm of positive ease. Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL correspond to a bust measurement of 86–91 (91–96) 96–101 (101–107) 107–113 (113–119) 119–124 (124–132) 132–144 cm. The measurements of the finished sweater are stated on the front of the pattern. Measure yourself before you start knitting to determine which size will fit you best. For example, if you measure 105 cm around the bust (or the widest part of your body), you should knit a size L. A size L sweater has a bust circumference of 125 cm and will provide 20 cm of positive ease in this example. The measurement chart is available here.
