Our Darjeeling Cardigan has become a sweater: a soft and oversized everyday favorite.
Darjeeling Sweater is knitted from the top down, making it easy to adjust the length as desired.
The front pieces are knitted separately with an elegant V-neck, then stitches are picked up along the shoulder and the back is knitted. Finally, the front and back pieces are joined, and the body is knitted in the round. Stitches are picked up around the armholes, and the sleeves are shaped with short rows. Both the sleeves and the body are finished with a ribbed edge.
Darjeeling Sweater is designed to have more ease than the wearer’s own bust measurement, known as positive ease. We recommend using the “suggested bust circumference” as a reference when choosing a size. For example, if your bust measurement is 98 cm, you should knit size 3 to achieve the intended fit.
