Knitting for Olive Compatible Cashmere is an ultra-soft, exclusive yarn made of 100% cashmere. Compatible Cashmere can advantageously be used as a companion thread, for example as an alternative to Soft Silk Mohair. The yarn can also be knitted with knitting needles 3 mm, in double thread, and then as an alternative to Merino.
The wool comes from China and Mongolia to traceable certified farms. In this way, there is knowledge of exactly which farm and farmer the wool comes from. The yarn is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified.
Be aware that cashmere fibers are shorter than, for example, merino fibers, which means that the finished knit requires a little extra care. It is good to use a cashmere comb or alternatively carefully trim fibers with scissors.
Hand washing with our fine Eucalan detergent works excellently.
