The Amélie Tee Junior is knitted from the top down in stockinette stitch and with stripes. First, it is knitted back and forth on the needle to shape the neckline, and then the work is joined so that the rest of the yoke is knitted in the round on circular needles with raglan increases. Stitches are picked up along the neckline and a stockinette edge is knitted.

The Amélie Tee Junior should have a positive ease of about 9 cm in relation to the chest measurement. If the measured chest measurement deviates from the age guide, you should be careful to adjust the length to the person you are knitting for. The same applies if the child is shorter/longer than average.
