These are gorgeous swimwear made from a new modern regenerated fabric consisting of a 100% recycled nylon fiber. It is made from pre- and post-consumer waste such as fishing nets recycled through the Healthy Seas initiative. This fabric not only reduces waste piles, it also saves planetary resources as it does not require any new raw material. As a bonus it is also twice as durable as other competitive fabrics from the same composition meaning it lasts longer. 

Material

100% recycled nylon in a blend of 78% recycled polyamide 22% elastane.

Care advice

This swimsuit may look like it's straight out of the 40s but it's made from a super modern swimsuit fabric. This means that it dries quickly while being stretchy and made for swimming. The swimsuit can be machine washed at 40 degrees and hung to dry afterwards.

But all plastic-based clothing has breaks that leak into our rivers and oceans. Therefore, we strongly recommend that all synthetic clothing be washed in a Guppyfriend laundry bag that prevents microplastics from coming loose.
