Glebe Jumper

Glebe Jumper such a great jumper designed by Sandra Manson who works at Jamieson and Smith. It is knitted in Supreme Jumper Weight yarn. A fantastically fine yarn as the colors are in the sheep's natural color scale. The pattern can be found in the book "A Shetland Story". This book was written by woolmaster Oliver Henry as a period document of wool handling in Shetland. Oliver was seriously ill and wrote it during his rehabilitation period. No one else in Shetland knows as much about wool as Oliver Henry and his wish was to write down his stories in this book. It is filled with inspiring patterns from all the yarns he has sorted wool into at Jamieson & Smith. Sandra Manson, who also works at J&S, designed this nice shirt for the book. A very inspiring book. Our kit does not include patterns, but the book is purchased separately.
